For a couple of months now I have been able to summon up a burp at will, but in the last couple of days I'm constantly burping? I have been eating much less than normal, no fizzy drinks or any crap of any kind (apart from 1 Milkyway a day) and feel much healthier than normal. It's not worrying! More annoying than anything else.

Is it down to a change in diet or eating habbits and is there any off the shelf stuff that may help?

Your eating and drinking too fast, too much air is being drawn into your stomach as you swallow

I thought that but I'm eating far less than normal.

It's not the amount of food, it's the amount of air being built up
