Is it possible to repair your arteries?

I'd heard that your lungs repaired themselves to as good as new 7 years after you stop smoking - not sure is this is true or not but it got me wondering.....

Let's say through lifestyle choices, you have hardened arteries that are clogged up.

With the right diet and exercise and other changes to your lifestyle, would it be possible to soften and clear your arteries?

No.not really, but you can stop them getting worse.

If you are really concerned, you can have the vessels scanned (private medicine) and analyse the blood flow. If it's bad you can havit treated surgically (privately) before it kills you.
