I've suddenly just started to feel all light headed.
I've had lunch & some water, i'm not dehydrated, not banged my head, smoked or had alcohol since yesterday (last time i had alcohol was last weekend).
Everytime i move suddenly it seems to get a little bit worse, then levels out again.
Any ideas as to what it is?
I'm not feeling sick at all & the only thing thats haoppend to me was banging my elbow on a bit of wood about 6 hours ago, no blood, no brusing, no breaks etc...

Some form of panic attack? Are you overly stressed at the moment?

Go to the GPs just in case, could be any number of things so best get it checked out.

I get this quite often.

Get up and the world starts get fuzzy.
Went to the docs and they said my white blood count was a bit low but offered nothing more than that.
Sometimes I think I could hit the deck.
That's altitude sickness, that is.

hehe I had this once... I stood up and actually blacked out. Fortunately, I was close to a wall so bounced my head off the wall and landed back in my chair (I remember hearing this thump in the distance - which was my head hitting the wall). The reason was that I was bleeding inside (I mean losing blood internally rather than expressing my location as being in an Essex prison).

OP is now on Gate Connundrum (sic) thread discussing putting gateposts into concrete, so I'm guessing he's all right now. Good of him to let us know.

A little bit of my good samaritan-ness has been eroded away... if he comes on saying 'argh my head is on fire, please help' I'll have to think twice before responding with the appropriate medical advice.
