Evening all. Have recently started exercising after doing nowt for a while. All outdoors circuit type stuff and really enjoying it! Three weeks in though and my knee and ankle joints are very sore most of the time. Visited a local running store where i was told my feet are overpronating and have now purchased some decent footwear. Will this help the joint pains and is there anything else i can do to help make things better like some sort of insole for my everyday footwear/workwear??? Thnks in advance guys!

It will definately help your joint pains! I had the same problem, i overpronate so i bought some decent footwear (Nike Lunarglide +) and they are top, no more pains, it should feel abit easier too letting you run further. As for other things you can do - just make sure you stretch and warm up well before you go out for a run

If the shoes don't help you might need to reduce the impact for a while and start more steadily.

You may want to go see a Podiatrist and get some custom made orthotics for your shoes.
