Cortisteroid issues

Anyone on here have experience of cortisteroid side effects?

Specifically Prednisone.

long term corticosteroid, such as prednisolone (trade name Pednisone) has lots of side effects.

your GP wouldn't let you stay on this for long without sending you to an endocrinologist, rheumatologist or similar.

long term effects also include osteoporosis

25mg a day used here.

Lots of headaches, vomiting and disturbed sleep.

ETA we also have to see a cardiologist and have bone density scans quite regularly.
