eye eye, I've got a funny eye.

For some strange reason my left eye has become blood stained, just above the coloured bit, sort of top right hand corner of left eye. It is not blood shot, not vein'y, it is blood coloured in a sort of half moon. As if a blood vessel has given out, (which is probably what it is if I really think about it.) It is feeling a bit scratchy/gritty/irritated now. Otherwise no pain. Just wondered if anyone knew anything about this sort of thing.
