Foot Problem

For a over a year now I have had 4 lumps on the sole of my left foot. Now I thought they were corns/verrucas but Iv tried all the stuff over the counter (and cutting one off, ouch)and it doesn't get rid of them. Is there any alternatives or would a this warrent a visit to the docs?
