It's definately trapped at the spine (or thereabouts) since I have tingling in my upper arms (both sides), elbows and again in my fingers.

I'm on the waiting list for an NHS physio appointment, but this is taking a while to come through. Any exercises I can do in the meantime to relieve / release it?

Private treatment isn't an option (unless on a pro bono basis) so please don't suggest it.

Thanks in advance.

ulna nerve does not exist at the spine as it's upstream of the brachial plexus.

much more complicated than you think.

Upper arms, elbows and fingers sounds like a mixed C8 T1 root problem (like a Klumpke's palsy), and for it to be bilateral it would have to be a myelopathy or central disc (unlikely)

see your GP
