Had this for the past month hoping it would 'sort itself out' but it hasn't .I believe i wrenched it at work and have since had elbow and shoulder pain, think i've damaged something that's not going to repair easily. I'm able to push with my arm (left arm) but simple things like lifting a heavy object can be very very painful. Bending my fingers with my arm extended hurts like hell! When straightening my arm out i feel and hear a 'crunching' sound, it's just not getting better on it's own. Some days it's agony, others not too bad, it just depends on usage. Also can get a stinging/burning sensation in the elbow, getting a bit fed up with it now, booked in to see my local doctor next week. Any ideas?? Just to add no swelling but do have a tenderness to the skin around the elbow?

do you mean bending them as in tucking them into the palm, or extending them to point them to the sky?where abouts on the elbow does it hurt? describe it as if you are sitting or standing and turn you arm so the crease of the elbow is facing the front, so the outside would be thumb-side. when you "bend your fingers" where does it hurt? just the elbow? does it hurt if you just extend (or flex...depending which direction your moving your fingers) your wrist, does it hurt then?
