My friend had a brain tumor too, just turned 17, she's all back to normal now, thankfully, but due to the change in A-level curriculum she's had to start Sixth Form all over again, so she's just finishing her 1st year again whilst the rest of us are coming to the end of our 1st year at University...

Girl I've known since I was a nipper has a brain tumor. Unfortunately it was too far gone when they found it. I don't know how long she has left but I do know she is making the most of it and living her life.

I feel quite sick thinking that she's only 23 and it could oh-so-easily be any of us if the dice were rolled differently.
