I'm looking to buy a Polar watch and wondering if anyone can give me some tips (or maybe point me to another brand??)
I'm looking for one that monitors heart rate, time and distance (calories burned?). I'm currently running about 3x7/8k per week and want to understand what my heart rate is and how much I can push etc. From what I can see the the Polar RS300x SD is the one that looks good, for budget (200 GBP max)
Advice, options and thoughts all welcome..

I use the RS300x SD with the GPS module. It works very well indeed. I use it for biking, but for a laugh used it to show vehicle speed once.I'm looking for one that monitors heart rate, time and distance (calories burned?).
