When I sleep I get a very dry mouth, and as a result, chapped lips.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed a particularly bad "chap" on the inside of my lips. Now it has healed slightly but not completely, and because I always get dry mouth when I sleep, I suspect it could be a struggle to make it heal.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions that may help. It really fookin stings in the morning!

Put Vaseline before you go to bed. Also, make sure you're drinking enough non-dehydrating fluids throughout the day. Coffee, tea, alcoholic drinks not good.

you're a mouth breather...get the nostrils cleared and then more nasal breathing. Also sleeping on your side may help.
