I'm 24. My Dads always had really bad Hayfever, i remember it from when I was a kid.

Its never bothered me at all - until last year I got some occasioanl twinges of hayfaver on occasions - I know that certain situations / places / times have different effect on people depensing on whats in the air.

Now - spring has sprung, everyones mown their lawn for the first time etc etc. and in the past week or two i've been sneezing and snotting all over. The main problem is that my eyes are also really painful, i cant stop rubbing/itching them.

I'm thinking that this could be leading up to me suffering like my Dad does this year.

What can/should I do about it, to prevent it, or to treat it?

If it's just the eyes use these:

If it's everything take these:

Personally I find 1 a day tablets last about 8 to 12 hours. While the 3 a day ones last about 7 to 10 hours each... You pay your money you makes you choice.

Edit for uber pic reduction

Go and see your doctor and get a prescription, there are loads of types of pollen (at this time of year, you're having a reaction to tree pollen) and different medicines work for different people

The eye drops are really useful. And one bottle will last a while. Definitely worth a try.
