Philips Lumea (hair removal) - any experiences?
Discussion
From my personal experience of IPL I would say the "jouleage" (if that's a word, which I doubt) will not be strong enough for most hiar removal "applications".
Where is the hair she wants removing?
How much of it?
What type of surface area?
Etc?
A lot of IPL places charge very little and she might not need many treatments but at least they will be carried out efficiently and safely.
I currently pay £30 per session for example. I'll only need about 5 sessions to clear the hair.

She's had the removal before done properly (about 18months ago), however it's started to come back ever so slightly, so was wondering if this would be enough to keep it at bay. She's dark hair, pale skin so the perfect combination.
Probably will be alright in that case then. Worth a shot (excuse the pun) anyway.TonyHetherington said:

Better off sticking to a private clinic (and by that I don't mean beauty salon) their laser machines are about the size of a washing machine so not something you can use at home but the effect lasts about 18 months - can buy a lot of time and sessions for £400.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
