Is it very un PC to take my spotty kids out?
Eldest (4) has sypmtoms. Wee one (2) not showing yet.

Wanted to go to the Point to point and then a local gamefair?

i took mine to Tesco's when they had it.

I had to. However i wouldnt have taken them anywhere where they might be in close contact with others such as softplay, nursery etc

I'm pretty sure you are supposed to keep them at home for the 1st week after the spots appear.

I know of a few people who have had chicken pox parties where all the local kids are invited to pick up the virus so they don't get the horrible version as an adult.

Have stayed in.
Doesn't help that Mrs Jem is at a Spa Hotel!!!
House looks like downtown Beriut!
Family lunch tomorrow should be ok they have all had it.

Don't take them out if the are still contagious - that's really not on.

Fine once the spots have scabbed over - you'll still get plenty of dirty looks from idiots though.

No not taking then out in public.
Seven days from first spot arriving.

I caught chicken pox as an adult,from a member of the public.

If I could have found them, I would have happily shot them...
