EFT, it works like a charm. They have video clips on youtube going through it with you. However once you move to a more alkaline diet you will stop desiring sugar. It's a pity we can't get stevia in this country, it would help so many people.

Only just spotted this thread.

Perhaps you need to look at what you eat. Highly recommend the GI diet because you begin to understand the process of digestion - low GI rated foods digest more slowly in the stomach so you feel fuller for longer on the same bulk of food. I assume this is what you mean by hunger pains. I've been following the GI diet since about 2004 - it is not some kind of faddy diet you do for 4 weeks before getting bored and putting on 20 stones. I do it to regulate my sugar balance so I (1) don't fall asleep at my desk and (2) have energy for doing the sports I enjoy.

As for EFT, it can definitely help, particularly in cravings. Worth a punt? Well, it's free to get on youtube and follow some videos and it's free to download the basic manual from emofree.com (the main EFT website). So you have nothing to lose but time.

Split your daily calorie intake into 7 or 8 meals/snacks. Then you're only ever 2 hours away fro your next food intake.
