Hi there, i am no medic and ive picked up a knock so to speak from playing football.... Basically, the top of my foot is affected, and the only reason i say mets/nava is because ive had a quick look at the bones in the foot and figured that these areas are the areas affected. Its been hurt for 2 or 3 weeks, but when i play football it hurts like hell, and literally 10mins afterwards i cant move my foot without it hurting for the night and strugglein the morning... however, once a couple of days are past the pain gradually goes away but if i try rotating my foot around i cant as it hurts too much, but walking etc is no problem at all.... and then i play football again and im back to stage 1 of the cycle...

any suggestions??

Cheers guys

Yes,take a rest from football and look after your foot, you have 2 and
they don't get replaced. I had a knee injury at 28 and didn't play
for 6 weeks, then first game back to the beginning, never played again. Don't
risk anything.

Worst case is a stress fracture, best is just a bit of stiffness. Either way go get it looked at.
