You best keep it quiet as you don't want any foreigners learing this great new training technique....especially with the upcoming Olympics!! Yeh it sounds like Fartlek or HIIT, but the intense part is usually the shorter section. Sprint for 30 seconds, jog for 2 minutes etc, the sprint for 30 seconds etc...there are many many variations.
