for one reason or another, i have around 25 x30 multibionta probiotic multivitamin tabblets. a few years supply!
the only thing is they went best before nov 08!
any disadvantages of taking these now? i cant imagine they would loose there health benefit?

As long as it says best before rather than use by I wouldnt worry

18 months after the expiry date? Some vitamins are more stable than others but without testing or long term stability test data from the manufacturer on this particular formulation we won't know whether these are safe or not.

Not worth taking the chance on

They may not have the potency stated.

They may not do much good, assuming those in date do, but to suggest they would be unsafe..
