Guinea pig for a diet idea wanted
Discussion
I want someone who has no respect for their health and generally eats any old crap to submit their body for non-scientific research.
Here's the diet plan. The K Plan Diet.
Breakfast: one bowl of cereal.
Lunch: sandwich, fruit.
Dinner: one small doner kebab with salad and chilli sauce in a pita bread.
No snacking in between meals. Drink as much water as you want. No alcoholic drinks.
Weigh yourself, try it for two weeks, weigh yourself at the end.
Come on. I bet you'll lose weight.
I am not medically trained.
I would try it myself but I don't want to risk any health problems by eating kebabs every day for two weeks. Plus, I have no need to lose weight.

I like your theory because i eat double that amount every day & usualy alot of cra* basically, & i am 5"9 & 11 stone!
That's not overweight. I'm 5'7 and weight 10st10! You possibly would. On the basis of calorific value anyway.
160 calories for breakfast (Special K + skimmed milk).
260 For low fat prawn + mayo sandwich
160 Calories for Orange + Banana (medium sized)
1200 Calories for a Donner Kebab.
So 1780 Calories in total.
Not sure I could stand eating low fat prawn mayo sandwiches for two weeks though......

Not me I'm afraid, don't particularly like cereal or fruit or even sandwiches. Not overly fond of kebabs either....and there's no way I'd give up alcohol for 2 weeks!!
Now, if you considered a diet of cooked breakfasts, anything you fancy to eat about 4pm and as much alcohol/chocolate as you like then I'd be more than willing to be your guinea pig ...as long as it didn't involve compulsory exercise

Well, you can't just eat everything and expect to lose weight. There has to be "give" somewhere. The point of my experiment was to prove that you could eat crap and lose weight if you just don't eat immense amounts of crap...Now, if you considered a diet of cooked breakfasts, anything you fancy to eat about 4pm and as much alcohol/chocolate as you like then I'd be more than willing to be your guinea pig ...as long as it didn't involve compulsory exercise

well we could still go ahead with that idea...I can still eat and drink whatever I like, just be up to me to limit the amount I consume
Seems a win, win situation to me
The problem is whether you consume more calories than you actually use. That's why the K Diet could work... in < out. You'll feel and look st, mind you. Seems a win, win situation to me
