Afternoon,

Just after new year my knee started to ache and became swollen, I probably did too much on the treadmill in the gym, in fact I know I did.

Anyway it is still swollen and difficult to walk on and it's now really pissing me off.

I saw the Doctor last week, he said it was in decent shape (just inflamed) and I need to start using it instead of resting.

A week on and I'm still struggling with it.

My question is should I be trying to exercise it? Could the lack of use be causing some of the stiffness and swelling to remain?

Any advice at all would be appreciated, I'm becoming very frustrated frown

Exactly, asap see physio tell them you done it playing sport reduced rate, if its still inflammed then a healing process is taking place i.e. you have injuried yourself.

PRICE, ice for 10-12mins every 90mins if your not already doing so.
