Done something to my lungs/ back/ ribs?
Discussion
At the weekend I did something... I don't know what.
One minute I was perfectly fine and the next (without actually doing anything) was doubled up in pain.
I have included this anatomical image to illustrate the location.
Symptoms:
Excruciating doubling up pain so I couldn't stand or breath between my ribs at the back (near kindey). Sore to touch and I could only take light breaths.
About two hours later it eased off and am now left with a gravelly, bubbley breath on the final part of a deep inhale and very slight tenderness in the area.
I would expect I had pulled a muscle but I cannot stretch it out or infuriate it in a certain position.
I also considered having cracked a rib but by all accounts the pain should be for a more prolonged period and also a lot more intense.
Though initially I couldn't lay down.
Possible suspects... a hoof from my 2year old nephew pinging some sort of muscle into spasm?

The bold bit is what would worry me, go to the doctors is my suggestion...One minute I was perfectly fine and the next (without actually doing anything) was doubled up in pain.
