Gaining Weight
Discussion
Im currently on a new see food diet, in that im trying to eat as much as i can
The reason is im 6'5" and only weight around 70kg, so very thin Now I currently doing some exercise, mainly doing a 1 mile run/sprint to get some cardio in, and otherwise some weights/situps etc, nothing mad, i dont want to get big, just a little toned. Im currently taking in approx 3500 calories a day from my calculations, with plenty of protein.
Basically im after a few tips to help me along, either somehow eating even more calories, or eating specific thing to help the process.
Ta.

You sound a lot like me.
I'm 6'3" and weigh in at around 76 Kilos - which makes me pretty skinny.
I eat around 3500 calories a day and I do no exercise whatsoever. I have tried crash weight gain - didn't have any effect. I tried drinking vast quantities of Guinness - that didn't work either.
I started going to the gym and lifing heavy weights 3 times a week - that worked very well and I went up to around 83-85 kilos and built a lot of muscle. Then I had children, stopped going to the gym and I reverted back to 76 kilos within 6 months. All the muscle dissapeared, I didn't get fat - I just went back to my weight and frame pre-gym.
Unless you are prepared to consistently go to the gym you are probably going to have to live with the fact that your metabolism defines your frame.
