Anybody up for a bit of friendly competition? 4 events, 3 in the gym, 1 in the pool (if you don’t have access to a pool just to the gym ones).
1500m Run
2000m Row (middle setting)
10,000m Cycle (at level 10)
1000m Swim
Simply do each event one after the other (you’ll get a bit of a rest when you change for the swim), and note down the times. See who can get the best overall time. I’ll be having a go on Wednesday.
