Dudes,

I want to cut the crap out of my diet, and replace it with food to help me gain more lean muscle.

Firstly, Whey Protein, I've already got a tub of ON Whey Protein, and find that relatively nice, but how many times a day should I have it? 2-3? What times?

Secondly, I've spoken to some serious weight training guys who've suggested outlandish stuff like Tiger Prawns at 10am in the morning and such. I'm thinking of breaking my diet up to something like this:

Breakfast 7am:
Protein Shake
Cereal of some sort
Piece of fruit

Circa 10am:
Chicken/Ham roll
Piece of fruit

12-1pm:
Tuna with rice/pasta
Protein Shake

2pm:
Another roll possibly

5Pm:
Dinner

Train

Protein shake after Training
Piece of fruit.

Can I have some opinions on that please?

1) Less reliance on protein powder and more real food.
2) Small meal before training.
3) Whole grains and limited amounts of bread.
4) Lots of vegetables.
5) Plenty of water.
