Need some specs copied

I need to get some bifocals copied for my mother - she's almost blind so exact prescription isn't important but they seem to help a bit and she likes wearing them. She has three pairs but she breaks them quicker than I can fix them

Is there anywhere that I can take them to and say 'please copy these' or does it get more complicated? Due to the short life-expectancy of them, the cheaper the better, style and brand not important.

Think most opticians have a machine that can read the strength of the prescription from the lenses.
