Dental implants

Looks like I will need two at the front after the tooth holding my bridge went crack. Anyone any experiance of these? Costwise looking at £4k not thinking about going abroard unless someone can show me a really good place that they have experianced.

Any downside to these?

price seems OK.....dont go abroad !!!!
you could have denture which is cheaper but not a fixed appliance. implants would be ideal but use someone who has good post grad training and has done lots of cases...

I've had one fitted for just over a year and haven't had any issues mine cost £1700 for a single implant so your costings aren't too far out.

I also got a 12 months warranty on the work, but only if I wasn't a smoker.(I'm not sure what bearing the smoking had but the dentist made me sign a form saying I didn't smoke to get the warranty)

what is the procedure and true dangers of having these...?

i'm sure i read in the papers a few years ago that they could make teeth grow back by inserting cells in the area, has there been any developments in this area...?
