Reason I ask is I am making alternatives to takeaways these days if I fancy ssomething like a curry or kebab etc.

Looks fine to me on the face of it, nothing really fattening, few carbs in the potatoes but thats about it.

Usually though, I get a recipe and someone points out a reason as to why its staggeringly unhealthy hehe - So what do you reckon?

Looks OK, I'd guess the main source of fat in that recipe is the yoghurt.

Use fat free yogurt and as little
oil as you can get away with and it's a good un!

Just a note about turmeric. Use a pinch, rather than a teaspoon. I was putting a teaspoon a day into my meals... my heart started palpitating after a month of eating it. Suspected it was turmeric so cut it out of diet and heart back to normal! (And an Indian friend looked at me like I was some kind of idiot when I said I used a teaspoon of it... hence using just a pinch.)
