What's the difference between whey isolate over impact whey?
Discussion
I have been shopping around for a good protein shake thats low in fat but also slow digesting keeping you fuller for longer. What I would like to know why would one prefer the Isolate over the whey protein mix? There is a price jump between the 2 ( The isolate being more expensive)is there any justification for this?

IIRC isolate is pretty much just for lactose intolerant people (willing to be corrected)if you're looking for something to keep you full for longer i use myprotein's meal replacement powder MRP
have a read, its treating me well so far. only essential fatty acids but it has carbs in the form of ground oats, might be what you're after??
ETA impact whey is circa 80% protein whereas isolate is around 90-95%
