If it's just a wave for a couple of seconds then you need to monitor and track symptoms... could it be bad diet? stress?

Think back and think common factors as it's more likely something like that

Do you only get them when getting up off the sofa too quick when changing TV channel? wink

Do you feel dizzy but without stumbling?

I had this for three or so months this year, coupled with migraines for the first time in my life (I'm 40). I had loads of tests on my eyes at Moorfields eye hospital and blood pressure checks by doctor. They deduced it to be stress as blood pressure was excellent as were my eyes.

It is best to go to your doctor. A few tests and a referral to relevant specialist can determine root cause and hopefully put your mind at rest.

You're going to need to be a lot more specific than thatbiggrin When does it happen?

If it only lasts a few seconds it's unlikely to be labyrinthitis or Meniere's.
