How long do you think it is a good idea to rest for prior to starting training again following a Virus ?
Still got a temprature at the moment so not training yet was wondering whether to leave it 48 hours after the fever has gone before going back to the Gym again.
I wait till I feel 100%, take an extra day or 2 then ease myself back in, from past experience if I start too soon it just prolonges my recovery, while having rubbish sessions.
