I had a bit of a do once whereby I was throwing up blood. Turned out the nose bleeds I had been having were running down my throat and hence coughing up the blood. The nose bleeds were due to my clotting factors being fooked, which we found out was because I had liver failure. Which then led to my kidneys failing. Which led to 6 months in hospital. Followed by another few months due to pneumonia.

So best she goes to the doctor really, I would think.

I have hayfever (I know it's not the season), but I found that if I took Benedryl, I got nosebleeds all the time (3-5 times a day), just randomly.

It may be something she's taking, for soemthing else.

I would go see a doctor.
