right, just wanting some pointers on what may be the best way to go.

basicly suffered ill health for a number of years, better now and wanting to get back into the shape i was when i was a kid (use to be very athletic)

im pretty slim (about 65kg and roughly 5.8-5.10ft) so mainly just wanting to build my muscles back up whilst also improving my stamina (both have gone to pretty much naff all after the years of being bed bound)

started at the gym a few weeks ago and certainly improved my strength just wondering if im doing it the right way or where i may be able to improve, mostly using the machine and not free weights.

example of my last gym visit : (gym uses the 'Evolution fitness equipment'

'abductor' 45kg x 10
55kg x 10
65kg x 10
30kg x 20/max

reverse abductor (again in sets of 10) 35kg, 45kg, 60kg and 25kg x 40/max

Chest press 30kg, 45kg, 45kg then 20 x 30/max

leg press 90kg, 130kg, 130kg then 70kg x 40/max

just started being able to do more cardio stuff, generaly spend 30mins on the bike, started at level 5 and working my way up, now at level 7.

any advice on what im doing right or wrong, and the best way to build up my stomach muscles which are perticualy weak from 3 lots of surgery so gotta start from scratch on those.
cheers
Jon
