Help!

Bit of a new one for me, I seem to be having nerves induced nausia! Its the only thing I can think of thats causing me to feel like I need an urgent conversation with hugie on the big white telephone!

Got an exam coming up in an hour, granted I'm a bit nervous about it, but to be honest if I fail the outcome is... erm... I sit it again at some point so it really shouldnt be such a biggie.

Yet my insides are doing loops!

Tried, Something to eat, (one spoon of branflakes made it worse), Something to drink (glass of water, settled down for a minute, but then back with avengance), had a fag (predictably, made it worse).

Any other tips? Should I meditate or medicate! smile

Cheers

Pre-exam nerves. I just used to tell myself that I had studied enough and therefore I can only do what I can do (self delusion is a wonderful thing). They are never as hard as you think they are going to be. So good luck.

my flat mate at uni was exactly the same - come finals time he'd puke up every morning from nerves

he went to the gp who gave him something to calm down and her was fine

I failed two driving tests due to my throwing up over the examiner! Bloody nerves.
