.......herniated disk feel like?

I am going out of my mind at the moment as I am in so much in pain. The right hand side of my back is soo weak and now my left side has a burning sensation at the lower point of my back just above my glute.

Right now I have the sensation of swelling in my spine (really hard to describe) everytime I move there is pain.

Please advice, share your experience and how did you overcome the pain?!

I'd be getting down the docs or a+e if it's that bad. Alternatively call nhs direct.

Or pop a few painkillers and get your head down for the night.
