Irritated nose

Starting to get better after having a nasty cold/flu thing since Saturday.

I'm currently suffering from an irritated nose. Every 3 or 4 minutes I'll get the feeling that I need to sneeze, my eyes will water, and then the feeling goes away, half the time leading to a short ache in my sinuses. EVERY 3 OR 4 MINUTES! It is driving me up the wall! I can't get any work done on anything because I constantly have to stop and either blow my nose or dry my eyes.

Does anyone know if anything, Vic spray or anything like it that will stop this? I had to go through it for the whole of yesterday and the prospect of having to do the same today is making me want to chop my own nose off.

Try sticking your towel covered head over a bowl of steaming hot water for a few minutes to see if that improves things.

Are you teeth hurting at all?

9 times out of 10 after Ive had a cold, I get sinisitus about a week later. Although I dont get the symptoms you've mentioned.

Maybe you've got something stuck up your nose?
