What is your heart rate right now?

Usually around 50 at rest
That's less than one beat per second! You could be almost dead if you're not careful. At least us types with a fast heatbeat when doing nothing know we are still alive (and get to play that fun daily game of 'will I or won't I have a heart attack today?').
Top cyclists can have resting heart rates of 35!! I would feel dead I think.
Highest HR recorded for me was last night, after a badminton match, 187, I thought I was going to die.
I believe about 60 is normal, any more than about 80 and you have issues?
Also, no need to guess, just count your beats whilst looking at your watch for 15 seconds then multiply it by 4!

Just now, did the 15 second thing and times by four, got 68.
I felt it staring to go quicker as I started counting.
