Advice please

dont know where to start umm basicly ive found a small lump size of a small ball bearing in my lower back its 2-3 disks up from the bottom disk i can sort of move it around like its just in the skin should i start to worrie ?

No, it's probably nothing if you're able to move it around.

Go and see your GP next week and put your mind at rest.

Go to the docs. But to set your mind at ease, I have a few of these - they tend to be in areas I have used a lot for sports and stuff, like my inner elbow, knees etc. The doc said they were fat deposits and showed me his!

It's likely just to be a lipoma

the doc said its not lipoma sp ? got sent to the general for blood tests wait and see cheers tho guys

I've no doubt that you've done plenty of internet research on this, but just for my 2p, I would say it's unlikely to be something 'bad'...usually malignant things tend to be hard and fixed - they attach themselves to the tissue underneath and don't move much. I'm not a doctor though, merely a medical student
