Ibuprofen

I have had a trapped nerve in my back for 10 weeks, and although it doesnt eliminate the problem, it stops the shooting pain that goes with the condition.

I also have codine, paracetamol, and various others to stop the various hurty bits from hurting.

Did you wake up with the trapped nerve- if so check for draughts as daft as it may seem- i had one ages ago and it was down to sleeping in a cold draught.

If you have no ibuprofen, try gin and tonic- a few jars stops you holding yourself 'arkwardly' which is half the problem any way.

Good luck

I had that once when I was having a back massage with my hands beside me, the girl learned over a lot and her boobs came to rest on my hand. Luckily I was laying on my front....

Just stroke it a bit. If she wants it you'll know. If she doesn't then you'll also likely know.

Go see a Qualified Remedial Masseur straight away.He will perform Effleurage to the problem area, ending with deep pressure friction to the whole area, using a mild linament on the effected area..Hopefully in maybe one visit he will cure you.

Ummm... alternatively you could go dance naked round a tree under a full moon. Might be as much benefit, certainly might cause less problems or potential complications.
Not having a pop at "Qualified Remedial Masseurs" but it's a bit daft to suggest what the treatment might be before making the differential diagnosis of what is causing the symptoms.

Oh dear!!
In that case I go back to my original suggestion of the naked dance around the tree!!!
Far less harmful than such an eminent expert methinks!

+1 on the Diclofenac. Worked for me (for a while) when I had prolapsed discs trapping the nerves in my spine. (Ultimately cured by removal of discs).
