Hi folks,
I am a musician; some tt who should know better played very loudly in my ear yesterday afternoon during a rehearsal. It was only for a few seconds, but it felt like my brain was rattling around in my head afterwards. It's felt a bit odd ever since and popped slightly when I swallowed since. It feels like there's something in there, or a weird pressure differential or something. A couple of times I have had a twinge of pain from it and I am more sensitive to loud sounds now.
I am hoping something it just dislodged in there and it will settle down, or am I kidding myself? I am absolutely fuming about this and I could quite cheerfully kill the fker. My hearing is my living and this guy should no better; he is juts one of those inconsiderate types that doesn't think anything through.
Still feels odd 24 hours on now. Worth subjecting myself to the hell of the doctor's waiting room?

Where are you?
May be a good idea to chat to Andy Shiach at http://www.hearingprotection.co.uk/
He has made me some in ear monitors and knows his stuff.
