(Having injured my knee, and thinking ahead)

I have recently been looking at articles about companies (usually Universities) having had a breakthrough and managed to grow cartilage in the lab and would possibly be able to offer human trials soon.

I was wondering if anyone in the know actually knows how long it might be before we start seeing stuff like this happening for cartialage as well as all the other things SC could help heal.

It's probably the primary hope for people like us with hearing disabilities so I'm right behind it.

Have a nose at a recent Horizon via iPlayer, it was called "Fix Me" if I remember rightly.. very interesting stuff (and featuring an old school friend of mine, the amputee)..

Interesting program

I'd be interested in seeing what happens with that spinal test.
