I've done a search but surprisingly little about this subject.

I am looking for peoples opinions on this program.

I have been training for years, usually 3 times a week. Nothing too hardcore, but I have a decent amount of muscle/toning.

My last work contract meant I could hit the gym at lunchtimes, 3 1 hour sessions a week and I was golden.

Now that option is gone and I'm struggling to get myself to the gym in the cold evenings.

I have Bowflex dumbells at home along with a gym ball which is working quite well, was just thinking this could be something different/fun to try and would keep me in shape.

If it can maintain where I am now I'd be happy, not interested in building up/getting bigger anymore.

Looks interesting. Lots of variety, which is always a good thing - but don't pay any money for it! These 'training systems' do not offer any new exercises, they merely package workout routines in a new way. That's not a bad thing at all, but you can find the same information for free using a website that begins with 'G'...

I will be "borrowing" the dvds from a friend so no issue there.

Think I will give it a punt as I have most of the equipment already, an hour a day for 5-6 days in a week should provide a good change from 3 times a week gym sessions.
