Medical gurus.

What might be the cause of both protein and a smidge of glucose in a urine sample? Blood sugar is 4.7 mmol (so normal I think), but patient feels knackered, nauseous, abdominal pain.

TIA.

Refer straight to hospital. Prob Kidney failure or some massive kidney infection.

How do you get to be on pistonheads asking what's wrong with an ill patient! I take it you aren't a doctor or a nurse...?

Medical gurus.
The clue is in the question.

There is a medical guru near you who earns on average £100,000, and is tasked by us the tax payers in dealing with this sort of query in a professional fashion.
Ie. History, examination, supportive tests, diagnosis, management.

Sorry, but you can't get anything meaningful or fair to you on this from a forum.

Please go and see your GP.
