swerni if it was really that easy we wouldnt have the problem we currently have. due to peoples hectic life styles these days and finding time to cook etc is actually hard.

A guy I know from the VW club has lost 4 stone in about 5 months, along with gentle exercise.

Tesco do wonders for my diet though. Everytime I go into one, I'm so disgusted by the sheer number of total fatties that it makes me eat less for quite a while.

So they are having some effect.
