Got a usual BS email, is it correct? I guess not.
a) Two glasses of water 30 minutes before meal help digestion.
b) One glass after waking up helps activate internal organs.
c) One glass before sleep to avoid stroke or heart attack.
d) One glass before taking a bath helps lower blood pressure.

Nope.
ETA: Before someone tries to construe this as racialism - these are Indian staff from India - and seem to have a different attitude as to what is and isn't appropriate in an office environment compared to those used to Western customs.

Slightly O/T, but why do so many threads on here nowadays consist of people trying to... I don't know... "look good" by claiming racism where there is none to be found?
I will direct my girlfriend to this thread later so she can get offended on your behalf if that helps at all?
