He was massive lad to be fair before he started.

Went from 20 stone to 15 in the last 6 months, went from looking like a lard arse to someone who you dont think "wow hes big" - pretty impressed.

Out with him tonight, asked him how he did it.

Apparently a mix of "ECA Stack and Clenbuteral"

Clenbuteral made him sweat and shake, ECA stack gave him st loads of energy and raised his body temp a bit which helped with burning cals and working out harder.

Surely this cant have been good for him? He said it was pretty difficult few months but the results speak for themself.

Anyone know what this stuff he's been taking is? Any experience with it?

Id be quite happy with losing a couple of stone. But not by killing myself.

A quick google shows that both of these drugs raise blood pressure which can't be good...

Linky

When all is said and done, ECA is the last man standing. Taking into account its proven track record, the fact that it is legal, and the fact that it is so readily available – not to mention arguably more effective – allows the ECA stack to edge out Clenbuterol as the cutting agent of choice for bodybuilders. Top-level professional bodybuilders often “stack” the two, using ECA and clen together. This is a risky practice, as two agents raising blood pressure at once can cause some serious heart issues. Stick with one, and make that ECA most of the time.

Just go to the Gym and eat sensibly.. no need for magic beans..

I've done 22kg (3.5st) in the last 2 months with no need for potions, lotions or voodoo, just gym and calorie control.

3.5st in 2 months sounds a bit drastic. Did you have a lot to lose?

I think if I were to be the perfect weight, then 2 or 3 stone could be lost, but i dont like the idea of giving myself a heart attack to achieve it.

All comes down to how much you want it, if you REALLY want to lose it, then you will, is my view on it.

From personal experience, I've lost some 75 lbs total (5.3 stone) by biking for an hour every day, eating small portions, and not eating 4 hours before bedtime.

Some will disagree with my methods, but it worked for me and that's all that matters. smile

Good luck!

Only a fool wood disagree with that method (assuming "eating small portions" didn't mean just a handful of celery sticks a day and the 75lbs wasn't lost in a month).

2-3lbs per week weight loss is a max healthy target...

£20 says he puts most of it back on within 6 months. People that lose weight at such a rapid rate often put it back on again once returning to normal diets free of powders/tablets and other medicated diets.

Cut out st food, we all know what that is.
Sensible, balanced diet, exercise to speed the process.
No magic needed.
Too hard for many.

Lost 2 stone in 2 months here. Have always been an active lad so that was never a problem but also have also been a big eating lad. Moved out of the mums a few months ago and now when I open my fridge I see £££. Thats what cut my eating by loads!

I agree, but people on certain forums will dispute the whole eating before bedtime thing (calories in, calories out, they say), biking (will pleateau after a bit, they say), and eating small portions (too few calories will make you plateau, get skinny fat).

Of course, "bro-science" rarely holds up to real life results. smile

ECAs will elevate the heart rate and body temperature and taken to extremes, could lead to a heart attack. Scary isn't it, until you realize that an hour on a treadmill or stairmaster will do the exact same thing.

My advice is to avoid ECAs and strenuous exercise. smile

"I just need to lose 1stone- thats it."

Very easy to do and you don't need ECAs or exercise to do it. You don't have live on lettuce leaves either.

One word.

Atkins.

Before everyone jumps in with stories of how their mate's brother's mate died while on Atkins totally ignoring their mate's sister's mate that died while eating a "balanced diet". Buy the book, read it cover to cover, follow the plan to the letter and then when you have achieved your desired weight loss, gradually increase carbs to stem weight loss.

I've managed circa 1.5 stone (I'm currently hovering on the .5 at the moment) simply by cutting out full fat coke, chocolate, crisps and other rubbish. Cutting out booze, not going to the pasty shop for lunch and basically just eating at dinner time.

One proper meal a day isn't the correct way to lose weight but it is working. I've gone from circa 3000 calories a day to 1000 and the weight is coming off steadily (been at it a month now) and I'm looking thinner and feeling great!!!

ECA is not a magic bean - you might have seen 4st lost with a month of ECA stack:

Holy st, I was up late. "Wood". redface

1) Eating late is a great way of carb loading... allows your body to store energy...
2) Of course, you will plateau as your body uses the energy that you supply it, there will be no more excess weight after a while, so you have to exercise more IYSWIM.
3) Eating smaller portions means less intake.
