I keep getting (one or two per week for the last couple of months)these little spots on and around my hands. The best way of describing them is like zits but instead of pus they fill up with a clear liquid (plasma?). Where the skin is thinner - on the back of my hands/fingers - I can burst them, the clear liquid comes out, the skin heals up and it goes away. Where the skin is thicker - on the front and in the creases of my palms/fingers - its much harder to burst them and they are slightly irritating.
Any ideas what these are? They vary in size from small zit (about the size of a pin head) to about a quarter of a pin head.
Apologies for the gross nature of this post!
