Spots under the skin...

I need help. I have a monster spot brewing next to my nose, sort of where my sinuses go. I have trouble with my sinuses anyway, get really bad hayfever and I'm always sneezing and blowing my nose, and then a month or so ago I got a spot that was sort of under the skin. It just started off as a red patch, and I could feel a lump underneath, it took its time but eventually turned into a full blown spot but sort of stayed under the skin. This meant I couldn't really deal with it in the normal way. Now I'm starting to get another one, my skin has gone a bit red and is slightly swelled, I can't be dealing with another fking head growing out of my face again. Any ideas?

ETA - I normally have really good skin, I never get spots but when I do get one its always a fking beast. I just wish they would be little and often rather than one like this every so often...
