Anyone use Maximuscle products?
Discussion
I use the maximuscle protien shake stuff, unsure of what silly name its called. The bloke in the shop told me its pretty good and was priced reasonably.
I used to use milk in my shakes but the maximuscle stuff made me feel ill, so now i just stick with water and try and do something else to take my mind off feeling sick.
I'm not sure why I feel like throwing up, I always used soya protein in the past and I think all the extra additives and sugar in the maximuscle powder gives me a dicky tummy.
Havent noticed any difference between maximuscle and the cheapo soya stuff tbh.
I have cut down on the shakes and try to eat more food with a high protien content.

Just going to start with some cyclone. Plenty of clean food and good workouts to compliment it.
Good product, but expensive, tastes awful (orange is passable), and there are other products that probably do better nowadays.USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic gets good reviews, and I may just try it myself.
I've used Cyclone, and quite a few of the Maximuscle products. They are good, but expensive.
I've recently been using PhD ISO-7 all in one, which is their equivalent of Cyclone. It is cheaper, tastes better, but I've not found it as good to behonest. But this could be to do with my training type.
One advantage Maximuscle does have is it's virtually lactose free, as I have a mild milk allergy it makes it good for me.
Promax and it's similars all taste way worse than Cyclone.
USN and CNP have quite a good reputation.

Having used Cyclone & Synergy ISO-7 in the past, I am currently using SCI-MX Omni, which is a similar product.
I would say, for me at least, that Omni gives slightly better results than Cyclone. I didn't use Synergy long enough to make an assessment, as I couldn't get on with the taste / dodgy after-effects.
As for taste, Orange Cyclone is by far the best (ie lesser of the evils!)
