Right,long story short,in the cellar i have built a gym,got everything you could need,Multi-gym,Benches,dumbell rack,bike,treadmill etc etc, Spent quite a fair amount on it actually to get it looking the way it does,but th one thing im missing now after someone suggested it,is the colour of the light-bulbs....

As random as this sounds it actually made sense to me that different coloured bulbs could make or break the room,im trying to explain this without it sounding so pointless.
The room is black,white and chrome,so can someone suggest a bulb colour which could make it look even better than it does down there?

As much as you want an inspiring room the most important thing is that you can see clearly. To break up the light how about mirrors, small lamps with coloured bulbs or a TV/DVD player showing Rocky 3 at full volume non-stop?!

what you want is lots of free weights and leverage machines like powertec, if thats what your asking.......

He seems to have everything he needs as far as weights/machines are concerned.

He just wants to sort out the lighting - hence asking for advice
